Changed to the lifetime plan and paid in full, but it's not showing in my account

I have already upgraded to the lifetime plan and have paid the fees, but my account still shows the monthly plan. Also, do I need to cancel the monthly plan?
My setting shows “ Core plan - Canceled
Your membership is canceled but will remain active until the expiration date on Jan 25, 2025.”
