In order to change my subscription from monthly to lifetime plan, I followed the instruction, canceled my monthly plan on Ankihub.net and paid for a lifetime plan last week. My credit card already shows that the charge has been processed. However, today I got a message in the Anki app, saying that the subscription has expired and I cannot sync. My Anki account currently still shows I am on a canceled monthly subscription with no other plan active. Please fix it as soon as possible. Thank you very much.
