Changed to Lifetime Plan and Paid In Full but Not Showing Up in My Account

Dear Ankihub,

In order to change my subscription from monthly to lifetime plan, I followed the instruction, canceled my monthly plan on and paid for a lifetime plan last week. My credit card already shows that the charge has been processed. However, today I got a message in the Anki app, saying that the subscription has expired and I cannot sync. My Anki account currently still shows I am on a canceled monthly subscription with no other plan active. Please fix it as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

Sorry about that, @jjctzl. Your membership should be active now. It looks like we have a bug related to upgrading to lifetime plans. We will look into fixing this ASAP!
