Membership may be deactivated after upgrading to lifetime

When users cancel their monthly plan and purchase a lifetime membership, AnkiHub does not correctly activate their membership. Even if a user purchases a lifetime membership first and then cancels their monthly plan after, we should make sure their membership isn’t deactivated.

Changed to Lifetime Plan and Paid In Full but Not Showing Up in My Account

Dear Ankihub, In order to change my subscription from monthly to lifetime plan, I followed the instruction, canceled my monthly plan on Ankihub.net and paid for a lifetime plan last week. My credit card already shows that the charge has been processed. However, today I got a message in the Anki app, saying that the subscription has expired and I cannot sync. My Anki account currently still shows I am on a canceled monthly subscription with no other plan active. Please fix it as soon as possible…
