I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out regarding the scholarship I received from your organization. I am very grateful for the opportunity, however, upon checking my account, I noticed that my subscription is not active and as a result, I am unable to access the features that were supposed to be included.

Would it be possible for you to look into this issue and help me resolve it? I would really appreciate your assistance in ensuring that I can take full advantage of the scholarship you awarded me.

How did you apply for a scholarship? Did you request a full scholarship or did you pay any amount?
