Ankihub v12 not properly downloading: All cards are Close Deletion

Greetings,

My friend recently purchased an Ankihub subsciption and subscribed to the AnkingOverhaul deck. They have dowloaded the deck and signed into Ankihub utilizing the ankihub add-on.

Unfortunately, when the download completes, their deck has cards that are essentially empty. The cards are all close deletion cards with no images and no words.

What we’ve tried so far to ameliorate this:

• Deleting the deck and redownloading.

Additionally, we made sure that we uploaded the deck to ankiweb upon sync as well.

Attached is a screen shot of what these cards look like following a complete download. More information, their anki is the most recent 23.12.1.

Follow this to fix their issue

I cannot view a single card

Go here [CleanShot 2023-12-31 at 13.28.08@2x] Uncheck text and extra [CleanShot 2023-12-31 at 13.28.22@2x] Then do this: Please try resetting your local changes. To do this: Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
