I cannot view a single card

Hi guys,

I have subscribed and attempted to download the step 1 overhaul anking cards.

The cards appear when I browse through them, however, there is no text or any content added onto them. When I unsuspend them, I get an error saying there is no information on the card and so doesn’t appear.

Any help would be appreciated.

Uncheck text and extra

Then do this:

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

I have done what you said, the text is there now but the cards are all randomised and not in any of the subdecks? Any ideas? Apolgies for seeming incompetent.

Why are there no subdecks in the AnKing V12 deck?

Rationale When AnkiHub was initially released, it did not have subdeck support. We have not added it to the AnKing deck because of how complex it is. We did, however, add a #AK_Original_Decks tag that contains all the original subdecks. Future Plans We have plans to enable subdecks in the future, but likely only for Step 1.
