No text in AnKing Overhaul for Step 1 & 2

Hi,

I joined ankihub and subscribed to the AnKing Overhaul for Step 1 & 2 deck. However, there is no text to the cards.

Please see the screenshot below. I have tried re-subscribing, re-syncing, reset all local changes, and restarting anki but no luck. Any solutions?

Why are my cards blank/empty when reviewing?

If your cards are blank upon reviewing. This typically means that you have encountered a 1-by-1 card with a missing cloze. To solve this issue: Navigate to Tools Click on Empty Cards Click Delete (leave the box ticked) If this does not solve your issue, this means that you may have accidentally protected your Text field on AnkiHub. I’m finding it difficult to follow your instructions and I can not see your screenshot you sent.

Here is some of my own screenshots trying to follow your advise. I have deleted the empty cards and It seems there are no protected text fields. However there are still blank cards showing.

Could you please make the instructions a little easier to follow. Example of screenshot solutions would be appreciated. Thank you again.

Please follow the second part of this post. You have accidentally protected your text/extra fields, which does not allow AnkiHub to download anything to those fields. You will need to unprotect these fields then reset local changes
