Hello i’m new to anki and i wanted to use the configuration from the anking add on where i can reveal cloze one by one. Upon downloading anking on my desktop, the anking cloze note type is not showing in my note types. Is there a way to be able to use the add on?

I think there may be some confusion about the names of the items. You just want to be able to use the ‘cloze one by one’ feature, right? This feature is part of the note type that comes with the AnKing Step Deck from AnkiHub. The AnKing Note Types add-on is used to personalize that note type.
So, subscribing to the AnKing Step Deck here (Sign In) and downloading the deck will automatically add the note type to your Anki, allowing you to use it for your personal cards as well.
