My add-on is downloaded and I have synced it up, but the deck was not created under decks. I can only access the cards through tags. When I unsuspend a group of cards, they still do not show up under decks, so I can’t do anything other than browse or preview the cards I want to go through.

What are your Anki settings (are your new card settings >0?)
Did you have V11 before?
