Hello,

Can you take a screenshot of your Anki?

If the deck does not appear at all, make sure to:

  1. Reset local changes by doing the following:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

  1. Have you clicked upload to ankiweb when prompted?

I’m able to see the tutorial decks for getting started and the other non-official decks that I’ve subscribed to via AnkiHub. How do I get the Anking v12 deck that I paid for?

Hello,

All the cards can be found by going to browse → tags → #AK_Step1_V12 → they are just suspended

To download the deck, please follow this quick setup tutorial:

  1. Make sure you have an active membership: Sign In
  2. Install the AnkiHub add-on: Install AnkiHub Addon (New User)
  3. Subscribe to and install a deck: Subscribe/Install Step Deck (New User)
  4. Start using the deck: How to Get Started Studying
