Subscribed to AnKing Step Deck but cards are not downloading

Hello AnkiHub Support,

I have an active scholarship and I’m subscribed to the AnKing Step Deck. It shows in my Deck Management panel, but no cards or notes are being downloaded at all, even after 30+ minutes.

I’ve tried:
– Reinstalling the add-on.
– Re-subscribing.
– Forcing sync (not available in my case).
– Waiting with Anki open.

Still, no cards show up. Please help me troubleshoot or reset the deck connection.

You’ve probably already done all of this, but just to make sure, could you confirm you’ve followed these steps?

  1. Make sure you have an active membership: Sign In
  2. Install the Ankihub addon: Install Ankihub Addon (New User)
  3. Subscribe to and install a deck: Subscribe/Install Step Deck (New User)
  4. Start using the deck: How to Get Started Studying

Could you please send a screenshot of your Anki main screen and your browser screen? Also, on your browser screen, can you find the tag #AK_Step1_v12 ?

When you say “‘Forcing sync’ is not available,” what do you mean exactly? Are you referring to resetting local changes? If so, please try this tutorial and let me know which part isn’t working for you: How to Reset Local Changes
