AnKing Deck Not Installing

Hi i keep downloading the anking overhaul deck but it isnt allowing me to download it . Can anyone help me please

Can you take a screenshot of what you mean?

When prompted, did you click on upload to ankiweb?

i tried to sycn it to anki web multiple times and unsubscribe and try again but its not working

Im trying to get the screen to show me all the different fields by subjects and shelf exams and all that to be seperate on the side bar

Can you click on the tags?

Then click on AK_Step1_V12, all the cards should be there.

If there are no cards there, please do the following:

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
