Anking Overhaul does not show up on Anki

I just paid for the subscription and subscribed to Anking Overhaul, but it’s not showing up in anki. I’ve tried subscribing and unsubscribing to overhaul, and I’ve tried uploading from ankiweb. Nothing is working. The parent folder shows up on browse, along with duke’s pathoma, but literally nothing else shows up. I’ve never used v11

Can you go to browse → tags → see if AK_Step1_V12 is present?

Try this as well:

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
