Anking Overhaul for Step 1 and 2 deck won't show up on anki (already tried resetting local changes)

My Anking Overhaul Step 1 and 2 deck doesn’t show up. Everytime I try to sync it shows this message:

Looks like an issue with your network. Can you try with a different network if available? Can you also check whether you have firewall/VPN software installed and try syncing without it?
