AnKing Step 1/2 Deck not appearing despite sync w/ AnkiHub

I made an account and signed up for subscription to AnKing Step1/2.

I then subscribed to Ankihub, and have the addon installed and logged in and synced.

I now see the deck in Browse but I can’t review the cards because the deck is not available in “Decks” on main screen. What should I do?

Upgrading from V11 If you had V11 and installed V12, it matches all the notes with the previous note ID’s in your old V11 deck, therefore, if you had a separate deck where you put the AnKing deck, all the cards will be updated there. Why does my AnKing Step Deck have 0 cards?

If you have just installed the AnKing Step deck and you have 0 cards. [CleanShot 2023-12-21 at 14.38.49@2x] This just means that all the cards are currently suspended.
