The anki step 1/2 deck isn't showing up but other decks are

I recently downloaded a few decks but the step1/2 deck isn’t showing up on my homepage - neither on the desktop app nor ankiweb.
I’ve tried everything I came across on the internet but nothing has changed so far.
Please help

Did you have V11 beforehand?

If you did then the cards are in your V11 deck, if you did not have V11 before installing V12, then try this:

Unsubscribe to the deck on the ankihub addon → Unsubscribe to the deck on the AnkiHub website → Resubscribe again on the website → Press sync in Anki

I have the same problem. Unsubscribed and resubscribed, deck is still a ghost…

Did you press upload to ankiweb or download from ankiweb when prompted?

For me, it didn’t work with either option.
I just found the cards in another deck. It doesn’t upload as an individual deck but is part of a premade deck that exists on my homepage

Make a new deck and name it “AnKing Overhaul” or whatever you like.

Go to browse on Anki → on the left click on note types → find AnKing overhaul (Anking/Ankingmed) like seen below

Ctrl/Cmd + A to select all cards → right click → change deck to the new one you created. It will now be in a separate deck
