Deck not showing up on anki

so i have anki hub and i subscribed to the anking deck and i am signed in on my anki app, however this is the only deck that wont sync on my account.

Hello,

Can you confirm you have done the following?

1. You have downloaded the ankihub addon and signed in
2. You have subscribed to the deck you want
3. You have clicked sync in Anki and clicked install
4. You clicked upload to ankiweb if prompted in Anki

If you have done all those things and the deck is not showing you, can you confirm where the deck is by doing these steps:

1. Go to browse
2. Click on #AK_Step1_V12
3. Right click on the browser tab and select deck
   
   
4. That will tell you what deck the cards are inside of

Now to change where all the AnKing Step Deck cards are, follow this tutorial post: It says my AnKing deck was installed, but I can't see the new deck (you will basically just need to move all the cards to a separate deck)

That should move all the cards to a new deck and you will be able to see it on your main Anki menu
