Anking v12 missing first aid images in only some cards...please help!

Hi I am currently using Anking v12 deck,
I have imported media from Anking v11 deck to get first aid images.

For most cards, I don’t have any problems seeing images from first aid, sketchy, additional resources and etc.

But for few cards, like the one that shows below have several first aid images missing.

I checked the media status and says lots of cards are unused or missing. Should I import the v11 media again?

Hello,

Unfortunately I can’t really be of any help there. The only First Aid access I’m able to help with is the new McGraw-Hill integration with Ankihub.
