Thank you for your patience with the scholarship application process. According to our official documentation, scholarship applications can take up to 2 weeks to be processed.

Since you mentioned it’s been over a week but not yet two full weeks, your application is still within the normal processing timeframe. However, if it has been more than 14 days since you submitted your application and you haven’t received a response, you should create a support request so the team can look into it specifically.

The scholarship application process includes:

  1. Creating an AnkiHub account
  2. Visiting the scholarship page
  3. Watching the video completely
  4. Submitting your application through the link revealed after the video

I recommend waiting until the full two-week period has passed before following up. If you do need to create a support request after the 14 days, you can do so through the AnkiHub website.

Scholarships are typically processed and reviewed in the order that they are received, and given that we are a small team this can sometimes take a few days for us to make our way through all of them.

Often we’re able to get to most applications within about a week two, though that’s not always as feasible. This is especially true at certain times of year when the volume of scholarship applications increases, as tends to typically be the case around now.

We aren’t able to offer updates on the status of individual applications, though you can expect to receive an email once the team has had a chance to get to, and review, your scholarship application and you should receive an email notification once that has taken place.
