Hi! I also filled out the ankihub scholarship form a couple weeks ago, and I haven’t received anything back. Could you please check the status? Thank you!

According to the official documentation, scholarship applications typically take up to 2 weeks to be processed. Since you mentioned that it’s been “a couple weeks ago” since you submitted your application, it’s reasonable to check on its status.

As stated in the Where can I apply for a scholarship? documentation:

Please note it may take up to 2 weeks for your application to be processed. If it has been more than 14 days and your scholarship application has not been responded to, then create a support request so we can look into it!

Since you’ve already reached out here, the AnkiHub team should be able to check on your application status. In the meantime, you might want to:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder to make sure you haven’t missed any communications
  2. Verify that the email address you provided on your application is correct
  3. Make sure you completed all required fields in the scholarship application form

Scholarships are typically processed and reviewed in the order that they are received, and given that we are a small team this can sometimes take a few days for us to make our way through all of them.

Often we’re able to get to most applications within about a week two, though that’s not always as feasible. This is especially true at certain times of year when the volume of scholarship applications increases, as tends to typically be the case around now.

We aren’t able to offer updates on the status of individual applications, though you can expect to receive an email once the team has had a chance to get to, and review, your scholarship application and you should receive an email notification once that has taken place.
