Hello,

I just wanted to inquire about the status of my scholarship application that I submitted about a month ago. I received the email saying that I have successfully applied for the scholarship, but I have not gotten any updates since then regarding the outcome of my application.

Could you kindly let me know if there are any other steps I may have missed for my application to be reviewed?

According to our official documentation, scholarship applications typically take up to 2 weeks to be processed. However, since it’s been about a month since you submitted your application and received the confirmation email, it seems appropriate to follow up.

Here’s what you should do:

If it has been more than 14 days since your submission (which appears to be the case), you should create a support request so the team can look into your specific application.

When contacting support, be sure to include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you used for your application
  • The approximate date you submitted your application

The AnkiHub team will then be able to check the status of your scholarship application and provide you with an update.

The email I used for my application is nhn22@pitt.edu and I submitted my application on 8/6/2025.

Scholarships are typically processed and reviewed in the order that they are received, and given that we are a small team this can sometimes take a few days for us to make our way through all of them.

Often we’re able to get to most applications within about a week two, though that’s not always as feasible. This is especially true at certain times of year when the volume of scholarship applications increases, as tends to typically be the case around now.

We aren’t able to offer updates on the status of individual applications, though you can expect to receive an email once the team has had a chance to get to, and review, your scholarship application and you should receive an email notification once that has taken place.

That being said, I show that your scholarship went through a few hours ago you should be all set from the looks of it.
