Scholarship help

Had to pause school due to personal reasons but I am now back at it and have a Step exam date.

I requested a scholarship again a few days ago, does anyone know if it will be approved? Getting a little nervous. I tried emailing support but my emails have bounced back.

Thank you in advance :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi Nniikkzz6,

Let me help you with your scholarship question. Let me search for some information about scholarships on the AnkiHub community forum to see if I can find relevant details.

Hi Nniikkzz6,

According to the official documentation, scholarship applications typically take up to 2 weeks to be processed. Based on the information from Where can I apply for a scholarship?, if it has been more than 14 days since you submitted your application and you haven’t received a response, you should create a support request.

Since you mentioned your emails have been bouncing back, I would recommend these alternative approaches:

  1. Create a support request through the AnkiHub website instead of email
  2. Try contacting support through AnkiHub’s website contact form
  3. Check your spam/junk folder to ensure you haven’t missed any responses

For scholarship-related questions, make sure you’re using the email address associated with your AnkiHub account when contacting support.

Good luck with your Step exam preparation! If you continue to have issues reaching support, please let us know here and the community might be able to suggest additional ways to get in touch.

Hello,

I would be happy to help.

Scholarships are typically processed and reviewed in the order that they are received, and given that we are a small team this can sometimes take a few days for us to make our way through all of them.

Often we’re able to get to most applications within about a week two, though that’s not always as feasible. This is especially true at certain times of year when the volume of scholarship applications increases, as tends to typically be the case around now.

We aren’t able to offer updates on the status of individual applications, though you can expect to receive an email once the team has had a chance to get to, and review, your scholarship application and you should receive an email notification once that has taken place.

Please let me know if that answers your question, and if there’s anything else I can help with.
