According to the official documentation, scholarship applications typically take up to 2 weeks to process. Since you mentioned it’s been about a week since your submission, you’re still within the normal processing timeframe.
From the official scholarship information:
Please note it may take up to 2 weeks for your application to be processed. If it has been more than 14 days and your scholarship application has not been responded to, then create a support request so we can look into it!
If it’s been less than 14 days, I’d recommend waiting a bit longer for a response. However, if you reach the two-week mark without hearing back, you should create another support request for the team to investigate.

I would be happy to help. 
Scholarships are typically processed and reviewed in the order that they are received, and given that we are a small team this can sometimes take a few days for us to make our way through all of them.
Often we’re able to get to most applications within about a week two, though that’s not always as feasible. This is especially true at certain times of year when the volume of scholarship applications increases, as tends to typically be the case around now.
We aren’t able to offer updates on the status of individual applications, though you can expect to receive an email once the team has had a chance to get to, and review, your scholarship application and you should receive an email notification once that has taken place.
