Billing issue regarding subscription


I thought I had canceled my plan a few days ago but it turns out I might have been mistaken. Is there any chance I could get a refund?

I cannot afford to keep my subscription active during summer. As per the Terms or Service, I understood that purchases up to one week old can be refunded. I have been billed only today. Is there anything that can be done?

Note that your plan will now end on August 10th but you have been refunded your July payment.

Seeing how useful AnkiHub has been for me and how great the support behind it is I will sure come back to Anki once the next academic year begins.
