Can't Access Free/Unlocked Decks (Dermki)

Hi! I’m trying to download the Dermki Deck which says it’s free & doesn’t require a paid subscription at this time. I’ve followed all the steps (subscribed, downloaded the anki add-on) but when I try to install the Dermki deck I keep getting this (I’m not sure if the image will show up but basically it says I need a paid subscription or active membership). I have a free membership at this time and my membership says the Dermki deck is unlocked and I should have access to it. Is there anyway I can just download the deck itself without the subscription if that makes it easier?

Hello,

You are recieving this message because you also subscribed to the AnKing step deck, which is a paid deck.

Unsubscribe from the AnKing step deck then try syncing. That should make the message disappear
