Can't Access or Download Deck?

I paid for a membership to AnkiHub today, got confirmation of it and everything, and downloaded the AnkiHub add-on. The add-on was downloaded successfully and I subscribed to the AnKing deck, but it will NOT download? I did everything as instructed, and it shows I have subscribed to the deck, but the deck is not downloaded into my Anki?? I’m super frustrated since I paid for a deck but can’t access it. I don’t know what to do.

As evident in the image, I downloaded the add-on, I subscribed to the AnKing deck, I clicked “Sync with AnkiHub” and it syncs successfully but there is NO DECK or NO CARDS.

Disregard this post, I’ve cancelled my subscription and am seeking a refund. Accessing the deck shouldn’t be this difficult. If I can’t even easily receive the goods I PAID for, then this isn’t a valuable investment.
