paid for membership. Anking 12 does not work, cannot download, sync, or access. Can I have a refund

Can you confirm if you have done the following:
- Installed the ankihub addon and signed in
- Subscribed to the anking overhaul deck
- On anki, clicked sync → install → then when prompted clicked upload to ankiweb
Your membership is active on our system so you should be able to do the above without any issues
