after I downloaded I paid for a yearly membership, downloaded anki, downloaded the ankihub extension and synced them both I still do not have access to the membership decks. I tried to see if it was just my program but I can still download the free decks (dermki, getting started with Anking) without a problem,

Hi! My username is chases1. I paid for the subscription and when I try to click on the mcat deck it says that requires a membership. And when I login to anki and try to sync, nothing comes over.

Your subscription is active, you just need to click on the MCAT deck and click subscribe.
The “locked” is just a visual bug that will be resolved soon

Hello, I have an active monthly membership and have been using Anki without any issues so far but today I received an error message about how I don’t have an active membership. I tried to restart Anki but quitting the application, logging out and logging in but I still get this error

It appears your payment was declined, you can try reaching out to your bank and see why it was declined or you can try purchasing using another card

Hi ahmed i also see that error of oh no the action you are trying to perform… but i confirmed the payment went thru with my bank can u check for me too? sorry just fustrated that its not working. All the premium decks are also locked for me
