I have purchased a subscription, added the ankihub add-on, subscribed to the anking deck, and when I hit sync on the Anki app on my laptop, it keeps saying the sync is COMPLETE, even though no cards are added. I can’t see anything new in my decks.

Additionally, do you know what version of Anki you’re running?

If you click on Ankihub from the top of your main screen can you show me what it looks like?
For example:
And if you click on ‘deck management’ from that screen, what do you see?
I see this, and if I press sync to install it just does the thing where it syncs for like one second, says sync complete, and still AnKing isn’t there.
If you haven’t already, let’s try to reset local changes: Resetting Local Changes
Give that a shot and let me know how/if it works for you
Yeah like I said that doesn’t work. It just says collection sync complete and the deck isn’t there. I’m just going to unsubscribe and use v11. Pretty annoying waste of $6.
Can you try unsubscribing from the AnKing step deck on AnkiHub and the ankihub addon. Then try resubscribing and clicking sync?
