Can't unsuspend new cards

When I unsuspend any new card or try to add a filtered deck I get this “No cards matched the provided search. Some cards may have been excluded because they are in a different filtered deck, or suspended.” The new cards will not show up in my decks. I have not changed any settings in months.

Please advise.
