Cards unsuspending after suspension

Everytime I suspend new cards, not even 20 minutes later they are unsuspended and I have to suspend them again & even still, they dont show up for me to study them.

Can you elaborate on what is happening?

When you suspend a card, you won’t see them again, but if you unsuspend them, you will see them.

Does this happen when you click “again”, did this happen before or did this just start happening?

When I suspend cards, finish studying for the day & quit anki then the next day when i open the app to study, the cards i suspended the previous day or no longer suspended and will not show up when i am studying my cards. When i go on browse and try to find them, they are unsuspended.

Can you try with all other add-ons disabled? Please see Troubleshooting - Anki Manual

I need the amboss add on so i can unlock the proper cards

Also, whenever I quit anki, this message always comes up.

You have to click upload to ankiweb

If you click download, it will reset your suspended cards which might be why your issue is occurring
