Not sure if devs are aware or if I am doing anything wrong. But I clicked on the anking step deck → clicked on the AI icon to find relevant flashcards-> went to the “study aids” and began selecting cards from first aid that I wanted to unsuspend. After going through 150 cards I wanted to unsuspend specifically and syncing they never became available in the deck. Yes my settings support 9999 new cards /reviews a day etc. I do not think it is working correctly? I tried again but eventually had to do it by tags the old fashioned way. I did upgrade to premium before that aswell

Just to make sure we’re on the same page, can you show me screenshots of the process you followed?

From the “Deck” section I selected the Anking Step Deck

I clicked on the AI button bottom right side of screen.

selected the cards I wanted from “Study Aids” and clicked “add to study queue”

I went back to anki and synced. and they were not unsuspended and the card count never changed . I tried “Sync with Ankihub” and “Sync” at the top of the screen, both resulted in no change in card count. I restarted anki and never did aswell
Can you search for one of these cards in your browser, which should tell us if the card is appropriately unsuspended (as well as where it is located):

Are all of your addons up to date?
Do you know what version of Anki you’re running?

I just tried AI unsuspend again for less amount of cards and for a different “study aid” resource and topic and all the cards I selected were unsuspended successfully after following the same process I just told you…
The first time I had tried this whole process of AI unsuspend was earlier in the day. Could just be I had some weird glitch, i overloaded with cards, maybe there was a buffering period for ankihub to recognize I had premium . But it seems to be working just fine now and fixed itself…
-I had tried AI unsuspend instantly after purchasing(~1 - 2 mins after) and I did both sync ankihub and anki before I did try to unsuspend anything with the addon to make sure ankihub recognized I had premium. After following the same process I told you, it didnt work after selecting a bunch of cards ( the “new card” was zero and going into study the deck showed 0 cards it just congrats ur finished cuz I had no cards unsuspended or due at all) → I shut down anki and restarted the app and relogged into ankihub…and maybe about waiting 10 minutes later I tried AI unsuspend a bunch of the same cards for a second time and it still didnt work after selecting like 160 something cards in the AI GUI…
-Also I had cmd+ A and suspended all cards in the Anking Step deck before I had initially tried the AI unsuspend earlier in the day and I had moved none of those cards I was trying to unsuspend to any other deck. but after manually going to browse and finding the Anking tags ; the “new” card count rose from 0 to like 134 in the anking step deck and so , that was enough verification for me to attribute the issue to something with the addon and not with the card state /location
For sure it’s worth updating to the most recent version of Anki, both because that’s the version that the AI-enabled features are most closely meant to work with as well as because the version you’re using is about a year old at this point.
I managed to find the same thing you did, that the FA urea cycle cards were not seeming to unsuspend (or at least were delayed in doing so). I went ahead and mentioned it to the developers so they can take a closer look at it so perhaps there is a true bug there for unsuspending those particular cards for whatever reason.
Hopefully they can take a look at it and see if it was a temporary slow-down of the server for whatever reason or if maybe there’s an actual bug in the system.
