I can see the cards under browse but not as a deck

I downloaded anking today and I am not able to see the cards as a deck. But when I go into browse I’m able to see all the cards and the breakdown by resource and topic. How do I get the deck to show up

Can you try:

Unsubscribe to the deck on the ankihub addon → unsubscribe to the deck on the ankihub website → resubscribe again on the website → press sync on anki

If you still do not see it, go to browse, right click at the top of the bar and click on “deck” and see which deck was the AnKing deck placed in, as shown below:

I unsubscribed and resubscribed. I can’t get to the decks on browse like you are talking about. I’m on a mac

To see the cards: Go to browse On the left-hand side, go to tags Find the tag you want to use (for example, #AK_Step1_V12) Click on a card Right click → toggle suspend You will now see 1 blue card on your main Anki screen. Hi! Same issue! its driving me crazy spent ages trying to figure it out

I can see some cards in the Browse but no cards to study!
Despite doing the toggle card like instructed in the other FAQ

I only get 6 cards to review

& on browse, no cards under pathoma, BnB, bootcapt etc
PLease help!!!

If you have no cards in browse, try this

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

I tried a suggestion noted in another thread by Ahmed
if all the cards download & u can see them in browse
after u make sure toggle option is not checked
go to the deck and choose all the cards ‘Ctrl A’ then change deck to the Anking one

If you cannot see what cards are suspended/unsuspended. You most likely have turned on “notes” instead of “cards”. Go to Browse Find “notes” [CleanShot 2023-12-16 at 23.31.14@2x] Revert the option to “cards” [CleanShot 2023-12-16 at 23.31.01@2x]
