Cards that are not tagged as either high yield or low yield

Hi, I want to unsuspend the high yield and relatively high yield cards, but there are around 3,200 cards in BnB that are not tagged as either high yield or low yield. Are these cards considered low yield?

I’m referring to these cards: tag:#AK_Step1_v12::#B&B -tag:#AK_Step1_v12::^Other::^HighYield

The high yield project has not been completely finished. If these cards do not have any tag, it means it was not completed with the tagging
