Hi Omar,

This is a common issue with the AnKing Step One deck. The deck shows 0 cards because all cards in the deck are initially suspended.

How to fix this issue:

  1. Go to Browse
  2. On the left-hand side, go to Tags
  3. Find the tag you want to use (for example, #AK_Step1_V12)
  4. Select the cards you want to study
  5. Right-click → Toggle Suspend

After unsuspending the cards, they will appear in your deck and be available for study. The blue number on your main Anki screen will now show the number of available cards.
