I paid and downloaded the AnKing Step Deck but it’s showing 0 cards. I went to browse as stated in one of these threads but there are only tags for USMLE lab values.

Could you send a screenshot that shows the issue? One of the main Anki window and one of the Browser would be very helpful!
You can try:
- Resetting local changes: How to Reset Local Changes
- Unsuspending the cards if they are suspended: Selecting/Unsuspending Cards by Tag
