how do I see what cards I have selected to study? So I can unselect them after studying?
Once you click on a given tag, you have selected the cards associated with that tag. So, once you click on whichever tag it is in which you’re interested, the you should see the cards on that same screen.
Once they are unsuspended, they should be ready to study from the main screen.

Hmm, I’m not sure I follow. You want to ‘unselect’ cards? How do you mean?
