Do you mean that after unsuspending the cards, the blue number (indicating new cards) doesn’t show up on the AnKing deck in the Anki main screen?
If so, please follow this tutorial to ensure the cards are being unsuspended correctly:

If you’ve already done this and the cards still aren’t appearing, check whether your deck’s settings are limiting the number of new cards per day. Go to the deck settings and make sure that the Preset, This Deck, and Today Only values haven’t reached their daily limits:
