Hi! I have downloaded AnKing yesterday and i’ve tried to sync it in Anki. Now i’ve done all the steps, including toggle suspend option. Any hashtag i choose - all of them shows to be toggle suspend, but still nothing appears in my AnKing Step Deck. I’ve got available only the firs card that redirects me on AnkiHub site with the instructions on how to unsuspend the cards.
Please help me figure it out.

Okay, a couple of quick questions:
- If you click on the AK_Step1_v12 tag, how many cards does it list as being present?
- When you say that nothing appears in your Step Deck, can you show me what you mean?
Two things:
If you click this button it should change to a blue button that says ‘Cards’. Do the cards show up as suspended or no?
Also, just to make sure: what are your deck settings? New cards per day, review cards per day, etc.?
Yellow means suspended. 
Ok, so I tried to unsuspend them, turned blue, but still no card in the deck. I’ll try a restart…

Also, can you show me your main screen, with all decks visible?
Nothing changed.
So here are the limits, I’ve changed them when i subscribed to the AnKing deck…

Part of the issue, I suspect, is that you previously had the Zanki deck in your system:
Because the Zanki deck was one, of a handful, of decks that was folded into the Anking deck these decks are likely to conflict and, in most cases, overwrite each other.
You’ll notice, from the image above, that it appears many of your cards are present though they’re simply located in the ‘Zanki’ deck rather than the Anking deck.
Ok, so I should delete Zanki and this could solve the problem?
I would, yeah. There’s not much point in having both in your collection, as they’re going to be quite redundant.
Personally, I would delete all the Zanki and then reset the Anking deck (unless for some reason you really want to keep the Zanki cards).

So I think I deleted the Zanki deck, through ‘settings’ button on the right side…
But how can I reset the AnKing?
