Hi, was wondering after deleting cards from Anking v12, will they come back whenever I sync with the Ankihub (I know Ankihub has updates to cards daily)?
I am thinking about deleting all low yield and lower yield cards to save some time (is it a good idea for step 1 exam preparation)?

These cards will just come back when you sync, it is advised to just suspend them. You can even suspend them and move them to another deck, it will stay in any deck you put them in
People have done this if they are crunched on time. If you have a lot of time I would advise you to do as much as you can (since doing well on Step 1 will also get you better scores on Step 2)
Your main focus however should be practise questions, if you are scoring well then your method is working.
