Deletion of Tagged cards

The category for general support questions related to using AnkiHub.

My colleagues and I use the Anking deck to as part of our course studies and add tags. Recently when these cards are imported based off of our tags, the tags are not remaining and every time we try and sync we loose the tags even if we add the tag to our personal decks. Any recommendations to fix this issue?

Have you added the tag in the protected tags section? You can do this by going to ankihub → anking overhaul → top right 3 dots → manage protected data → type it in under protected tags
