Hello! I just download the app and the Anking Step deck and I wanted to know, if im getting prepared for USMLE Step 1, what deck should I be using? What’s the difference between Original decks and AK_STEP1_V12?

The ‘original deck’ tags are, as you might guess, from the original version/s of the decks. Those decks have since seen lots and lots of updates, though the original tags are preserved for posterity and reference.
If you’re currently studying for the Step exam/s, you will want to use the ‘v12’ tags, step1_v12, step2_v12, etc.
