Document with Major Changes?

I recently updated to v12 and noticed that there are several cards that have completely different answers from v11 (ex: tinidazole treatment instead of metronidazole for Giardia).

Since I would certainly get these cards wrong if I saw them again but the scheduling is still the same from the v11 card (won’t see until several months in the future), is there a running document of majorly changed cards from v11 so that we can forget them and reset the scheduling after updating to v12? I apologize if this information is elsewhere, I wasn’t able to find anything.

Unfortunately there is no document with every card’s major change, however, we do state in the extra when and what was changed on a card if it was a big change, alongside the date.

You could for example search “Jan 2023, Feb 2023, Dec 2023” and you can find these changes
