I signed up for ankihub for the Anking Overhaul for Step 1 & 2 and recently updated my deck. However, all of the cards I did before August 2023 now appear as new. Is there any way to get my history back?

Updating to AnkiHub should not make your cards go back to new, can you tell us all the steps you took when updating that caused this? Were you using v11 beforehand?
Hi thanks for the reply no I was using v12. All I did was log back into my ankihub account then I believe I clicked sync with ankihub.
Did you press upload to ankiweb or download from ankiweb when prompted?
Can you go to the card that turned to new → right click → info → take a screenshot
I suspect some of these are the new cards we have been pushing
When I updated the overhaul deck from ankihub It downloaded from ankiweb
You have to press upload, not download from ankiweb
So you can go back to a backup, redo the steps but press upload
