When I review the card the math equations are unformatted but the equations on the edit/browser page look perfect and formatted.
Is this an AnKing note type card? If so, have you updated the addon / or installed it?

Did you try resetting the anking note type, the font looks different and unusual than what I remember, could be a note type error.
Go to anking note types addon > reset note types.
Can you export the card as an apkg file and share it?
No it’s not. I think what happened is I created a separate deck and moved those equation cards to a separate deck and then noticed that it messed up the equation formatting so then I returned them to the original deck but they are still messed up even after resetting the note type.

Try this and it might fix it then:
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
This appears to be caused by the new Mobile Popup Dictionary add-on. I’ll look into it.
Just tried this. It’s still not fixed 
I pushed a fix for this and it’ll be available in the next release.
Saw a similar post on Reddit, toggled off the Bionic Reading add-on and it fixed them
