Error with Anki seeing my Ankihub membership

Every time I sync my Anki a get a message that reads “The action you are trying to perform requires and active membership.” It then guides me to get a membership but I already have one. It lets me sync but I can’t use the chatbot or anything. What should I do to resolve this?

On our end, your subscription appears to be active. Perhaps you have another account you’ve signed into that’s inactive?

What Anki version are you on? Also, can you try updating the AnkiHub add-on to see if that fixes it → How to update the AnkiHub Add-on

I updated my ankihub and that helped, thank you!
