I understand that data takes time to be accessed, transmitted, and received, but the sync seems to take quite a while and increases significantly if you’re subscribed to multiple decks.
Ideally there’s a way to better parallelize this process (e.g., multiple decks sync simultaneously or AnkiHub syncing directly with my AnkiWeb decks cloud-to-cloud), but perhaps a simpler solution might be to add a deck-specific “disable sync” feature that would allow the current version of the deck to remain on the device, but the sync button won’t trigger a serial “check and sync” for that deck item every time. There are a few decks that I only use casually that I don’t really need to sync with AnkiHub nearly as often as I would like my AnKing decks to sync with updates.
