General issue with downloading deck

Hi! I recently purchased the subscription and subscribed to the MCAT deck but I cen’t figure out where I went wrong. I had previously downloaded a Milesdown MCAT deck that only has 20 cards per category and that is still the only thing that is showing up. I followed the onboarding instructions and it says I am 100% complete but I dont see the new deck. Could you help me figure out where I may have gone wrong? I have tried to ensure I did everything correctly but I am not very good with computers and pretty new to Anki. I attached a photo of what my anki looks like now. There is also a sync that has been running for 14 hours and still says it has a remaining 10. Does this seem correct?

This is what it looks like after it finished loading but I don’t believe it added anything? The deck I subscribed to said it had several thousand notes.

Make sure to click upload to ankiweb when you sync

Also, go to browse → tags on the left hand side → do you see #AK_MCAT_V2?

If so, that means your cards were downloaded.

You can see what deck it went into by going to browse → on the left hand side go to decks → find AK MCAT → click on it → then right click on this button and make sure deck is checked. This will then tell you where the MCAT cards are

You can follow this FAQ to move the new cards (its about the AnKing Step deck but the same logic applies)

It says my AnKing deck was installed, but I can't see the new deck

Upgrading from V11 If you had V11 and installed V12, it matches all the notes with the previous note ID’s in your old V11 deck, therefore, if you had a separate deck where you put the AnKing deck, all the cards will be updated there. I followed all the steps for the onboarding and subscribed to both the AnKing-MCAT by AnKingMed and AnKing Overhaul for Step 1 & 2 but the nw MCAT deck wasnt added. The notes likely went into the MileDown deck since you already had a deck with the same note IDs. Please see @Ahmed7 's response above (General issue with downloading deck - #5 by Ahmed7).
