How to change color on AnKing add on clozes one-by-one from green to something else

Hi all,

Just wondering how to change the color on the AnKing add-on on clozes one-by-one from the original green color to something else as it feels weird to look at with the dark theme enabled.

Thanks!

Hello,

From the addon you can select ‘clozes’ and then select your color options:

Depending on the note type, you may have to adjust settings for an individual note type (as opposed to just the general tab).

Let me know if that works for you and if you have any other questions.

Thank you for responding,

It seems that there are options to change the cloze color without the use of one-by-one. When I enable one-by-one for a card it changes color from what was set for it in the settings to green and I’m not sure how to change that color specially. It doesn’t seem to be in the color settings you directed me to.

Hmm, I haven’t had that problem myself. Adjusting that setting changes the cloze-color for all clozes, at least on my end.

That being said, we can do it the manual way:

From the browser, find a card of the card type you want to change, and click ‘Cards’:

Then, select ‘Styling’:

Under ‘COLORS’ you’ll see a handful of options for various cloze colors which you can manually alter to your liking:

In this example you can see that I use ‘009400’ which is a kind of sea green or thereabouts.

Please let me know if that answers your question, and if there’s anything else I can help with.

This is the answer!

It does seem that the only way to change the color of dark-theme one-by-one is through these settings. Regardless thank you so much for the help!
