How were the !Shelf tagged cards in the Step 2 deck written?

The vast majority of the Step 1 decks come from FA, Sketchy, and Pathoma. Was there any central resource used to create the Step 2 !Shelf-tagged cards?

I am asking because it would be really helpful if there were videos for the topics covered by the cards for a given shelf. I looked at the overlap between OME or BnB-tagged Step 2 cards and the OB/GYN Shelf tagged cards, and there are around 700+ cards not accounted for.

Are there any recommended third party videos I can watch before starting the Step 2 Shelf tagged cards? It would really help speed up the time I take doing the cards.

The step 2 cards were primarily made based on Uworld questions so not really any specific resource unfortunately. I personally didn’t use any videos and just did the cards but it seems like OME and B&B are the preferred resources
